My order made on 05 Jan still reads "Payment remotely accepted" I've sent emails tried to "chat" all with no result, order No BREPVMQLW . how long do you have to wait to do the Paypal dispute thing? I am not 100% sure, but I think you can initiate it now. Was there e liquid in it?

Yes it was only liquid, I don't mind waiting really, its the remotel accepted bit that I'm concerned about! It just means he has received your money okay, he wont be able to process it until he starts shipping e liquid again though.

OK, thank you, I'll wait a few more weeks and see what happens, his juice is so cheap its worth waiting for! Yes, shouldnt be long now till he gets his head together, dont forget though that there is a week holiday at the start of February where no-one will be shipping out of China.

Okay, this is from Vaporbreak, if you have any orders outstanding from NOVEMBER, can you send a Paypal bill to Vapobreak and he will re-imburse you, please include the order number when billing him. If you send me a PM I will send you the address to send the Paypal bill to. I think your order was placed in November Stokey.
Any orders not received in December and January, freeze the payment if you want to, or go through the Paypal refund process.
He has 90% of problems sorted and is working on the remaining 10% which are probably where the outstanding problems are on this thread.
He expects everything to be sorted by the end of the Spring Holiday(first week in February) along with some big improvements in the shipping methods etc, and some very good news on e liquid, I can say no more about that, he is still in negotiations about it, but you WILL like it.

Good news I just got hold of Min in chat, he was very apologetic. He issued me an immediate refund (which I received immediately) and I have placed an order again with no liquid in there. I suggest that all who order from here should not order liquid until Vaporbreak let us know it's OK to order liquid. If you are waiting on an order with liquid in, I'd suggest you cancel it, if you can by contacting Min in chat, initiate it just by saying "hello" (thanks Robby).

Robby do you know if Zainy are having problems exporting their liquids? I believe evryone in China is having problems just now with the week holiday coming up at the start of February, the trouble is, they dont all tell you about it
