I'm fed up of my vivi nova's constantly leaking into my mouth. CAn this be caused by using them too much? I've had some cheap ones which I assume are clones but even my full price from reputable vendors have been known to. I've made sure everything tightened up, all o rings in place, even but a bit off the plastic bungs that go over the atty's but I just can't seem to have any luck with them!! ANything people can suggest?
Because of this am thinking of moving to an rba, probably an AGA T or W and have a couple of questions A) do these leak into the mouth? B how do you change flavour? My main vape is double mint which is quite strong and mentholly and seems to taint any vivi's 't's been in, so would it be best to buy 2 or do they pick up flavours less?
Are there any considerations I've missed out? HAd a kanger with the funny white post in middle to press down and didn't really like it, do they still have those? My vision ego's are just as bad at leaking, I was getting on ok ish with an echomiser but then that started to leak and I really don't like cartomisers anyhow!!!
Set me up with something good but no more than £30 each please!!!

I was having the same problem with this mini nova, I removed the plastic thing out of the tip and my problems with leaking are now much better.

I looked at the Vivi R this morning, then googled it and got "leaks".... Do they leak all the time or just after a certain length of time vaping? Only 1 of my many clearos leaks and that was the one I had used the most over a given time. There must be a real good 'un out there. I'd pay for that.

What i do is after about 4 hours of vaping i will take the drip tip off and and clean out the top part of the vivi. It seems to gather alot of juice in the little well

To help with that you should hold your draw a little longer after you stop firing your device

What i did find is that some ejuice would make the rubber seal very soft and it would fall down a bit and let juice go into my mouth. have a look and make sure that part is sat on the head perfect and is not trying to work its way down

I find this a bit puzzling. I have 2 novas and 4 minis and none of them leak. One used to, but it was because the centre post wasn't central and its been OK since I straightened it. In case it helps: They are all old-type. I vape with them pointing mostly down. I suck in a bit of air at the end of the vape, with the button off, for the throat hit. I keep them lying down, unless they are attached to a battery, in which case they are vertical. I use needle caps to fill them, so the juice doesn't go down the post. I don't, as it happens, use fruit flavours - partly I don't fancy the idea much, partly I'm afraid they'll damage the novas.

I do know that if you get a strange taste from you vivi and it floods alot then you need to take the head off again and blow out the post then put the head back on and use a lil bit of metal to tighten the head up properly. Hand tight does not always work well

I also want an alternative to a vivi; it just doesn't seem to perform that well anymore and it's also started leaking and mine is a 2.5. WTH do I get now??

The Kanger T2 and T3 have been a decent alternative so far, however there are a fair few differences I've found. I still wanna try them through some different juices and do some rewicks. Main points I've found is you can fill the T3 to 3ml with no leaking problems. You can hav it sit on its side, carry it around etc. The thing is it sometimes does give a slightly bunt taste, so I have to inhale without pressing the button to get some more wicking going. Also found its a bit better at lower voltage (3.7v or so) for the 2.5ohm coils. Flavour and vapour compared to the vivi nova 3.5ml version is not as good I've found at the same kind voltage settings, the flavour is a bit off, like somethings making it taste different rather than it being muted. Have to try other flavours though, still. The T2 is also good with filling up and not leaking too much. It can be filled up quite high, doesnt leak on its side etc. A small amount somehow ends up going though the airhole when being filled - possible some is trappd under the end cap, as it dosnt leak much after, just a small blob once in a while, more so when the head is new. Different flavour with this one compared to the T3 I found, would say its a better flavour, wicks do need to be kept wet often, as its a top coil atty. Again not the same huge vapour as the vivi. The vivis look like they have some nicer construction in some ways to the kangers and the tube can be taken out where as with the kangers the tube is part of the base (in the t2) and part of the head (in the t3) - I think u can remove them with some force however You can definitely rewick the t3 and most likely the t2, vivi seems easier to do as with the t3 u need to work around the ego collar. If your vivis were not leaking at first and are good on the go, they seem a bit better, but if theyre constantly causing trouble, then these could b worth giving a go - still havnt decided if i like them much yet
