They can take two weeks, especially with the xmas post at the moment, have you a tracking no. ?

I've had them in 5 days and in 3+ weeks Karl . . . this time of year there's bound to be delays as Sadie says.
Plus the tracking isn't that accurate as it doesn't get updated that well, so I wouldn't take that info as gospel.
