I bought a ego starting kit less than a week ago. First day charged it up and worked perfect. It worked great for a couple days and that one battery lasted like 3 days. Then I go to charge it again and in under 5 minutes it says it's fully charged. I'm like sweet! It only vaped for 10-15 hits then it died. It's continued to work like this.. How can I fix it?

Hello Vapor and #welcome2# are you making sure that the connectors on both your battery and charger are clean? It's good to regularly give them a wipe with a tissue or baby wipes or even alcohol swabs. If that doesn't work, have a look at this allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=tips&thread=10754&page=1You can also get back in touch with the vendor you bought it from, most vendors are only to pleased to help solve problems

have you looked to see if there is any juice in the the threads of the battery and the ends of the charger may be give them wipe with a bit of kitchen paper or tissue.

It can't be charged-- it would take longer than 5 mins if you have another charger try that--I think thats your prob. Oh and welcome by the way.

Hello & welcome Thevapor If non of the tips/help posted so far. then do get on to your supplier as an ego battery should last you longer than a week before concking out.

My supplier isn't going to do anything. I've discussed it before to him. Is there anything I can do?

how hot is it Vapor? It's normal for batteries to get warm during use but if it's so hot that you're struggling to hold it then I'd suggest you put it out in the garden

Crossing posts with you Vapor Most vendors give a 28 day warranty with batteries. They certainly should last more than a week

My supplier isn't going to do anything. I've discussed it before to him. Is there anything I can do? Yes, you can tell him to replace the battery. ??? If he won't, ask him if he knows about AAEC UK and whether he would like to a) get a bad reputation and b) have a visit from trading standards. Personally, I think some name and shame would go down very nicely with a glass of ice cold coke. >
