It's a good price - but only 10+ but it does not have the UMF mark The UMF is the Unique Manuka Factor - which guarantees the level of the Manukla pollen that goes into the creation of the honey.

UMF Manuka Honey 15+ will be about £25-£30, but very good for you, and it can also help arthritis, which is why I have a head full of information about it the stuff because I have looked into it. However due to cost, it's a no no unfortunately

However it doesn't take away that any honey is good, Manuka honey is better, and if it has a UMF mark and is approved by the New Zealand / Aboriginal Medical council or whatever they are called, that it's like gold, but does cost lol

The little recipe I posted works because:

paracetamol dissolved, enters the body quicker, and is absorbed quicker, paracetamol can help relieve certain cold and flu like symptoms.

Honey, as it can coat and line the throat, and help with glucose levels, it is a natural sugar and will provide energy, as well as other health benefits.

Alcohol, is there to give the feeling of warmth and can kill off certain bacteria.

It is all in liquid, and one thing you must do, is keep hydrated, so you might as well do that whilst adding some goodness in there too

i capful of whiskey
boiling water

mix the lemon and honey and cloves in a cup and add boiling water to 1/4 way up the cup, leave to steep for 15mins. Stir and add whiskey and top up with hot water, drink asap

As you're now mixing your own e-juice, kickit, have you got cherry & menthol flavouring or honey & menthol? If you have, you could even do cherry, honey & menthol. Well, you never know, it may work.
Vanilla custard menthol may not be so good though.
