Thankfully, I'm finally in a position to be able to have compared several GG or non GG products and won't be swayed as easily, I think it's a perfect first GG product for somebody wanting to try him, but less of an upgrade for oddy / penny / iatty owners. With the advent of all the good stuff coming out of china lately I think this is purely a fan boy device, I'll wait, and if I miss it, so be it.

I'm struggling to see any real benefit over the current Ody really. Not that would justify the extra price.

It would be good to see a few independent reviews of it.

I have to agree steve, aesthetics aside I can't really see a ground breaking performance change from the current line up. Maybe it'll have improved flavour production from its design ???
But £110 + shipping is a steep price to pay for any attie and I think the changes would need to be ground breaking for me to partake. I've decided to spend on the kayfun v3 when that hits the sites and worry about Itheka if the reviews become favourable enough.

I really like the look of the Kayfun V3 as well. Off to investigate what little info there is on the Ithika

I'm taking a break from this particular GG stampede, for a whole bunch of reasons that have been said . . . plus for the cost, I don't believe it will enhance my vaping experience any further than what I'm already able to enjoy.

Nope, I'm steadfast on this one. Ody performs perfectly for me, Itheka will provide nothing I haven't already got, in abundance with a whole array of gear here.
I will still be sitting on the edge of my seat when the reviews come flooding in because if it does turn out to be great then I'll want one.
I did the same with the fogattie, and as good as that mod seems to be I don't regret not having one because - well- I've tried a vast array of genesis atties including hellfires and lines and the humble old DiD still performs just as well and with an equal build quality.
That Chinese ody clone seems to be just as good as an ody so I'll have no problem sourcing one of them when they become readily available instead of the GG ody
Monday night will see me tucked up in bed cos the car goes in for its service early tuesday morning

I'm in to minds ??? I only have stuff that is mass produced so i'm not tied to Im,, and the availability on what you can get spare wise I'll do it when I feel like kind of approach
On there way to me are the Terminator and Aga-t and I don't care what names are on them, could i tell the difference from a lucky lucky man Rolex to an original, Nope and both do the same job with spares readily vailable

Can some one please once and for all explain to me why these things cost so much, and why do you all keep paying so much for them.
I know they dont look nice as it a bit of metal ya stick in yur mouth to vape on.
Do they really justify such a high price.
Dont just say you get a great vape from them and leave it at that as that dont work for me. i get a great vape from things that cost much less

its the same answer for anything we buy
you pay more for the product due to design, quality and performance... why do people buy a BMW when a Kia does the same job

if you are happy with what you have then you needn't worry about it ...for me this gives me what i want...sure i would like it to be cheaper but some things just cost what they do and you either pay the price or not ...simples

Whatever works for you is best..

Some people get used to higher end devices and attachments and that's all it is. Most of the time it is perception and perception is reality as far as each individual is concerned..

If you get a high quality re-buildable it will perform for years to come and you can keep re-wicking it for pennies as and how you want it, is one advantage. I guess you do save a little in the long run over perishable devices but most people never stop at one. But it's a hobby and people enjoy spending the money.
