Probably down to RM at this time of year, but have you got in touch with the vendor to check that it has been posted?

It was ordered on the 23rd Dec and despatched 28th Dec and according to tracking it has been stuck in Plymouth since then.

That's frustrating Dowden, but unforunately happens at this time of year. I'm sure vendors must get as annoyed about delays as customers do
