Mesh Differences.

I have 325, 400 & 500 mesh to use in my AGA-T & Genesis.....What are the benefits of the different thicknesses?

I believe the grading relates to the density of the mesh / grid ... so presumably it has an impact on wicking and the capillary action ...

The lower the mesh # 's are supposed to be better for higher VG/thicker juices

Generally the higher the grade the better the wicking, lower the grade the bigger the throat hit.

400 is a great all round grade Chris, If you vape mostly VG just tip it a little more and use gravity to wick a little..

Alternatively, as you have the 325 and might as well use it try a hybrid with a core of 325 as this will hold more juice, and an outer wrap of 400 or 500 to give the better capillary action.
