BigG I just took a length of 0.5mm kanthal, folded it over, twisted the loose ends together then clamped the in vice. I stuck an allen key in the drill and put it through the loop at the other end then twisted till it was where I wanted it. Then it was just a case of wrapping the coils. Only downside is on that atty the wire holes are a bit thin so I had to wrap a coil, poke it through the centre post then wrap the other coil and tidy it up after. You can twist it by hand too, takes a minute. Vice grips gripped between the legs will also work then stick a pen or screw driver through the loop and twist while pulling the wire straight. I usually make a fist over the wire so the loop with the pen is sitting against the thumb etc so I can pull it straight while I use a finger to push the pen round to twist. Ah didn't realise it was just twisted, looks like its woven in the pic  |

Does anyone have any tips/tricks to getting this to unscrew? Would using a metal, rather than glass tank solve this problem?  Dont overtighten it, all it needs is a nip up, as for getting it off, its going to be a pita, i nearly smashed it off a wall when i couldnt get it undone. |

Meant more to see how it copes with low ohm's more than anything else. My minimum stable seems to be about .7 ohms, anything lower and it doesn`t seem to want to play fair  That`s fine for me though. I am usually between .7 and .8ohms. Aye made a 0.6 duel coil on the zenith, nowt happened, no check atty, no hot coils. Is there any way to turn off the sleep mode?, its a pain in teh arse having to click it twice every time i pick it up |

Mine turned up today along with a zenith clone, happy with it so far. Ohms readout isn't miles off, jumps about a bit though, yet to build a sub ohm coil on it. Time will tell if it lasts but hey 33 squid |

How long does stuff tend to take to arrive from china? been a long time since iv bought any gear from there and there tracking checker doesnt seem to work. The tracking is shite BigG, did you buy from focalecig? Sure did mate. |
