Hi Poppy - these are an atomiser/cartridge combined, you just drip juice into them (Some come pre-filled with juice but these from James will be empty unless flavour and strength are specified.) Use something like pointy tweezers or a paperclip to pry off the end cap, then drip down the insides of the outer rim. Once you have some you will know what I'm talking about, you can ask more questions when you can take them apart and see what's what scylla

Personally I find the clearomisers easier to manage, why don't you pop into the thread in Reviews and ask there if anyone's using one on a Titan and what "ohmage" you should get? scylla

I've never really got on with cartomisers but I know others love them. They will work on your Titan Tracey as they are a 510 fitting.

Poppy, have another go at your current set-up. Make sure you haven't got too much foam in the cart. If it feels at all tight, trim a sliver off down one side. Then, with pointy tweezers or something that will fit, push the foam down into the bottom of the cart. Top up the cart with drips until you see the liquid nearly at the top, then (with the pointy tweezers if you have them, they are invaluable to me) gently pull the foam up level with the cart opening and squidge it up and down a bit to get the liquid soaked into it. If the foam doesn't look particularly wet, add another drip or two to the top of it. Then plonk it back in your atty and vape. See how you go before you spend money on something that may be no easier to deal with. Please don't stress, just practise and chill If clearomisers were more easily available (everywhere I look is out of stock of the ones you need, unless anyone knows different) I would highly recommend them for you. But even they would require "consultation" scylla

It's so confusing when you start out - it only just struck me that maybe you needed to "rethink" your filling method. Fingers and toes crossed!!! scylla x

Scylla's method is the one I use when I can't be bothered to actually take the foam out! It works well. Just keep messing with your methods until you find waht suits you, and more importantly, you and your ecig! I'm also with Chriisie on this subject. I much prefer an atty and a cart. I didn't get on with clearomisers and I don't like cartomisers. Cartos are too much fuss for me and the draw is too light. For me, it's a case of the atty has it's job, the cart has it's job... so two experts doing what they do... so why do we have the need for a 'jack of all trades' that does the both jobs but not quite as well, imho. Good luck! Sean

Tracey, please don't ever need to feel the need to apologise for asking questions, that's waht we are mainly here for Sean, you have hit the nail on the head for me. It's one of the reasons I like the LR901 atties so much - a much tighter, less airy draw

My best vape is an LR901 on SD MkI with a good battery in it! When I change over from the clearo on GD-PT the difference is marked. But the 3.7v batteries weaken at quite a young age, I've found. The reason I recommend clearo to someone having difficulties is because it is extremely easy to fill, once you've sussed it, and needs refilling less often than a cart. It is also is incredibly reliable and long-lived, electronically. scylla

If you get stressed with using the cart just remove it and drip 3 drops onto the atty bridge, put an empty, or full cart back on and vape. You can also get driptips to use instead of carts and drip through them. I usually remove the driptip though when dripping. Its a good way of vaping if carts are driving you mad. No need to throw it down the street with frustration lol.
I use carto sometimes and fill with the condom method.

I use carto sometimes and fill with the condom method. I expect Poppy would like an explanation of that, Vaped As for dripping, good thinking Just 2-3 drips, Poppy, it's rather easy to flood the atty. scylla
