Wow, thank you guys. I think I like Chillervapes idea of keeping that middle finger poised and ready the best. I've seen other forums on ecf where people have started rowing and judging and none of that here, so fab.

I will start with 6mg, aiming for zero, and see how I go from there. And I will see the doctor again.

And I will drink a small tin of Mackesons every night and stuff my face all day with whatever I like.

Even the hospital where I had my first 2 ( 1981 & 1982 ) had Mackies in the fridge for us along with the baby milk we were supplied with. ( and a smoking room )

I'm ashamed to admit I continued to smoke 20 roll ups a day throughout both my pregnancies but I had an addiction to nicotine and I couldn't just switch it off.
Don't beat yourself up about vaping. Mum has to be happy too

I smoked analogues with both mine and they are both fine (I'm not proud of the fact) so vaping should be just fine Booblay

As for vaping whilst pregnant. It is better than smoking, but as you have some zero nic there, howsabout just trying that for a coupla three days & seeing if it's the habit or the nic?

I'd go with the moderation side too on everything, it's pointless giving up vaping then drinking a gallon of coffee per day etc etc. If you can vape 6mg occasionally and no nic in between I would think that would be fine.
In response to another comment about what Docs say, I would always take what Docs say with a pinch of salt and do more research as I've seen a lot of bad info come from Docs over the years, some very recently concerning my medication which could have made me seriously ill had I not got 2nd opinions.

No advice at all Booblay, i smoked when i was pregnant - i did manage to cut right down..but not out! It's only now i've managed to pack it all in.........but HUGE congrats.
