I ask this because i have a Lava tube 2.1 or what ever its called. The silver one not made by L-rider. Now i have tried alot of ecigs and they where good. But today i got a Vamo and took my vivi nova with a 2.8 head running on 4.2 volts of the LT and put it on the Vamo at 4.2 volts. after a few vapes the taste was like night and day. On the LT i could still taste my GVC juice and it was good but sometimes had a funny taste and put that down to taste buds. But have been vaping it on the Vamo now all day and the flavour is ten times better. so put it back on the LT and tried it again. I now find that the funny taste was it infact it burning a little. so dropped the volts down by .1 at a time and got to 3.5 volts and i no longer got the horrid taste, but at that i got no real taste at all.. So tried some cartos, clearos and what not and they all taste great now on the vamo. What you guys think.

Yes, is the short answer from me Davie . . . the device you use, can and does make a difference to the vape you get.

I agree Davie.
I got a Provari off the sales board on here and am on higher volts.
With my twist i am hardly above 3.4 on anything.
My T3 clearos i can use now on it and are not bad, lots more taste and vapour on higher volts without the burt taste coming through. Even my mini and vivi are better on it??
I have no idea why, I just thought it was me.

Am sure it's how the volts are sent. The LT sends it via wild bursts and that can't be good. A steady volt in my opinion will work better than a harsh burst

The quality of the 510 connector can also make a big difference, a decent thread that will allow a firm fit will tighten the draw a little and improve performance whereas a poor loose threading connector will provide an airy draw which means you'll be boosting voltage to achieve a decent throat hit.
