I'm going to start populating this with as much information as I can on the various wick sizes that we have for all those atomizers out there.

It would be a great help if you could put what ever info you have into this and help get it started

Cracking idea, i have always just made a rough guess.
this has led to me ending up having to roll another mesh as when i have inserted the mesh it has been too thin for the coil i have just burned
just being too lazy really i guess (Ironically it has led to me having to spend more time to get it right).
I will measure my next one (mesh i mean).
I guess the measurements of an old wick unrolled will be smaller than the original mesh size prior to rolling? or would it be longer having stretched it when rolling?

Getting myself confused now - does tight rolling squash or stretch the mesh????

surprised at 90 long, maybe not rolling mine tight enough sure mine are only about 70

Do you use a 2 mm drill bit?

You want me to change that 90mm in length mate, the atty itself isn't even that length

it could be best to change the measurements around lol
I wasn't sure which way to look at the dimensions, because if you look at a piece of mesh 90x45 you'd call 90 the length wouldn't you ? then afterwards thought it once it's rolled you'd call 45 the length. lol God knows and it was late.

What I could have added in the notes is that's rolled tight enough to make your fingers bleed and it was the most I personally could roll and make fit.

I don't normally use a drill bit gillas. That is what I meant by it'll be an hard task to database these as it can be different depending on a few things and which way is best is hard to know unless you test the lot for yourself. Your wick using 70mm and they way you've rolled it could be better than the ones I've done or vice versa.
I've drilled out another Aga-T to 4mm and use a grommet in that one so the wick is smaller, thought about adding that one to confuse matters more.

Always wanted a straw type wick but because of the small holes in the VH genesis I am having I could not have that luxury...

Waiting for the AGA-T V2 now so that I can do all sort of experiments
