In all honesty you'd do better paying a little more for a higher strength base from the likes of Post Modern Skyjay, far better value long term . . . for what that 18mg costs, you may as well buy a pre mix eliquid.

By the time you've added flavouring, then your strength will be lower of course, depending on the flavouring concentration.

50ml 54nic @10.95 equals 0.0040 pounds per milliliter of 1nic strength
100ml 18nic 5.88 equals 0.0033 pounds per milliliter of 1nic strength

plus, you would need extra VG and/or PG to dilute the 54, which is already in the 18.
The 54 nic from that link might be better, or more desirable, or whatever, but it is not cheaper for the nicotine =)

The 54mg/ml nic is also available in a better value 100ml bottle which works out at:
0.00295 pounds per ml of 1nic strength
or a twin pack (200ml)
0.00287 pounds per ml of 1 nic strength .....

... but as Chrisde points out you would require some PG/VG to dilute.

Don't know if this might help you but I get my nic base from here www.bargainvapour.com/Nicotine_50mg_PG_Base/p1274299_6799538.aspx

Works out at just under £13.00 for 100ml - including delivery. They are an Irish company and last time I ordered it took about 1 week to arrive. I think they only do it in pg and it is 50mg. No idea what that works out per mg/1nic - too much maths involved for my liking ???

Actually, for me, price isn't the most important factor. Safety and quality are. Origin, availability and the vendor should play a big role, too. So, with all the "%§$"&§%$ math aside, go and buy from the vendor you feel most comfortable with. My own supply is from a german source and you might want to pick a UK vendor, maybe even one who answers vaping questions in the middle of the night on 31/12 =)
