1.6mls is a lot less than some of us vape! If it's keeping you off the ciggies then it's the right amount for you

Like you I started on skycigs, changed to nicolites after a week or so and last Friday my riva 1100 arrived and I cannot believe how good it is.
Whilst I would never go back to cig-a-likes they were the starting point for me to stop my 25+ a day habit in October and introduced me the the wonderful world of vaping and this fantastic forum where I have received so much help and info.

rno7552 yes I will never knock cig a likes because the same as you it got me off the cigs something I never thought would but I do love my Riva but still have my skycig for out and about.. Haven't taken my Riva out yet

LOL....

This lunchtime, I had a basket lined up at VE with yet another Riva kit. In the end, I emptied the basket and started again....

and got a Vision Crystal mini kit instead.....

Hi Gracie, and welcome to the forum! I use about 3ml a day, so your consumption is not excessive by any means.

Same as AndyB for me, 3ml per day, with 24mg E-Juice.

(Edit - I was joking, obviously - cutting down to 1.5ml is what I am aiming for myself)
