I had terrible mental breakdown withdrawals on all forms of NRT (strong patches, spray the works).... this within 20 hours if not less... You can see how long I've been vaping. Started at 36mg/ml - now down to 18mg/ml...so no the e-cig is no more addictive than the NRT...I reduce when I don't enjoy the vape by 2mg/ml...which right now is about every 10 days or so. Hassle but worth it  ....actually it could well be 16 I'm down to now - not sure...I'm losing track....  |
