Yeah I've found differences ... My 1.8 head on my STV reads as 2.2 I wouldn't have any way of finding out though on my devices would i?

You could leave it to soak a while but suspect swapping the head to the 1.8 would do the trick. You'll need to empty tank with syringe or similar

Seems a waste and a bit of a PITA to change the head now I would try to persevere just now, sometimes these things need a bit time to break in! I had to change the head in my vivi the other day, just after I'd filled it. I used a small pair of flat nosed jewelery making pliers to do it, not the first time these pliers have came in handy for vaping emergencies, and they were only a couple of quid from flea bay

Mr Dolly has been using my expensive tweezers to fiddle about with stuff and i am none too pleased!! Thanks for your help Karma

I use my 2.4 head at 4.2... seems just about right I think thats about where i am now Chiller. It has got much better over the last couple of hours, but i will try out all of them so i know which i like the best for reordering at a later date.
