The argento mini takes cR123's or like or 18350's....
Don't know where you can get them from...
Charger wise you want something decent like an x-star

I do get confused with all these batteries, what is the difference between the Argento-L and the likes of the lavatube and vamo?

The Argento is purely mechanical, you can't change the volts or watts. Handy for a back up, no electricals to go wrong!

basically the argento takes a 3.7v battery which gives out approx 4. something volts (I forget) when fully charged then gradually drops as you use it. The batteries last longer than the likes of what you'd put in a lavatube or a vamo but then you don't get the consistency in power. I'm perfectly happy with my 'top bit' set up so the power surges don't bother me. Hence I can get away with a silver bullet (heavy and expensive but like the argento) or argento (the silver bullet can be upgraded to being like a bit like a vamo but still. I think cloud 9 have them but they don't come cheap). It depends what you want. If you want consistency in power then go for a vamo or lavatube. If you don't mind then the argento is a good buy . Or even as a stealth vaping device (the argento mini fits in the hand) Jane
