agreed, dont expect miracles and then be pleasently suprised.

I'm almost 5 weeks in, the cough has gone completely, the breathing is improved but the dry throat and the ulcers still plague me every now and then. What I will say though is that every day there is some small improvement one way or another.

I can now taste and smell things much much better, and this is still improving ... which also brings me onto agreeing about not ordering too larger a bottle of juice to start with.

My main daily favourite is now vanilla (and likely to stay that way for the forseeable), BUT I started with the tobacco flavours and cant stand them now. I have a daily fave, but i like to mix it up with lots of other flavours so only buy them in 10ml bottles so that I can chop and change at will

Have fun trying out the new flavours, a whole new world is about to be opened! I'm currently loving the mint choc chip of James' which is absoloutly delicious!

I didn't like the tobacco flavors that came with my first kit. My first juice order after that had about 6 dessert flavors. And an Irish Cream that got me hooked for a long while ! Now I make my own light peppermint and I have some lovely fruit/champagne flavors that are like fresh fruit !

lucky you!!!! getting to try all those flavours [check out my british spelling of flavors, lol]. having apparently been blessed with pg allergies i'm stuck with just ecopure. and i'm starting to get a reaction there, too!
as a matter of fact, if any of the members of this forum have successfully battled allergies it would be great to get their input!
