Eurgh! Plastic!

I just got another nova stv today along with some juice, the juice is RY4 extra flavour from vapology, I know your supposed to let it steep but all I can taste is plastic, this didn't happen with my other two stv just maybe the first two or three draws from them, I took the juice out took it apart and washed the whole lot in hot water dried it all and tried again, still horrible! and I've easy dusted about half a tank since I washed it out. Was I just lucky with the first two stv's? The juice doesn't smell as strong as th RY4 I got from vape escape even though its extra flavour, ( I got extra flavour as I knew I'd be using it straight away) the juice appears to have no flavour at all but the plasticky taste is deffinately from the clearomizer. How long does the plastic normally last? Is there anything I can do to hasten the process? And finally (sorry loads of questions!) will the RY4 really improve that much over time? I'm going away to work you next week you see so that's why I bought it. I might have to get some of the other stuff as backup I think. My wife is being very patient, not even a week in and I've prob spent ten times as much as I would've on fags!
One thing I've learnt for myself, you just can't get rid of the taste of menthol from a clearomizer can you!! No matter how much you wash them!

I'll pretty much wager that it's too soon, I've had many a juice taste like plastic or chemicals for a week, especially true with tobacco flavours, exercise a little patience for a week or three, you'll be amazed.

also, try swapping the atomizer... it might be a faulty head

i think the ry4 needs at least a couple of weeks, toon. i don't often vape it myself, but i have had it after 4 weeks steeping, and i don't think there's any plasticy taste to it. quite tobaccoy for ry4 tho.

I got rid of menthol in a clearo by soaking it in cheap vodka

Make sure the rubber bung on top of the nova is not causing the plastic taste ive had this with my trusted juice
trimmed a couple of mm of and sorted

Now there's a thought, thank you, I'll stick one on off one of the others to see. I've ordered some HS Premium stuff for now, I know that's canny straight from the bottle.

Lesson Learnt!
Three days later and the RY4 tastes great! Wonder what it'll be like in a week? It's a 50/50 mix so clouds n clouds of vapour and not too harsh on the throat as well which is handy with my cold. So this steeping mullarky really does work then
