Unless you try to drown the UFS in vaseline...

Imeo recommends putting vaseline on the GG threads Lee, over and above other lubricants, his reasoning is that it's easier to wipe off than others if you've been a bit over zealous with the application, plus it does the job well.

I use it on all my mod threads now.

The main reason to apply the vaseline is to prolong the life of the o-rings If your other mods do not have o-rings you just have to give it a proper clean once in a while...
