Just to update after all the help yesterday. I have bought a DCT and a 1000 battery. Now just to find out how re date the banner in my sig. ???

Hi furball. If you are not keen on filling cartomisers ( and punching holes in them unless you get them pre-punched) for your DCT and just want to pour liquid in a tube I'd second karma's suggestion and get a Vivi Nova or mini Vivi Nova.

Also, don't forget to fill the carto as well as the tank for the first fill!

Worst feeling ever is when your battery runs out and you realise you have to WAIT . Pass-through was my choice because you can charge and vape at the same time .

Sorry chrissie but I did write "As for a vendor I am one, so not sure if I should be recommending anyone" I never once recommended my own products. It's hard to give advice without looking like you are advertising but I will try to avoid it in the future.

I only bought one battery as they didn't sell the fancy ones i have seen online. I went into the shop and ended up spending more than i was going to. Got a purple dct and a bridge and a 1000 battery. Bought some more juice whilst i was there as well. I will use the 510 as backup if needed but am going to order a fancy battery cos i am sad like that and i do love my gadgets. The guy in the shop primed it for me so i have to say the service was excellent.
OK depress me now. Would i have needed a new battery if i had bought a mini vivi nova or would i have saved myself half of what i spent. Would the mini vivi nova have fitted on my 510 batteries. I did try the dct mini on the 510 and thought it looked like a lollipop That's why i bought a larger battery to match. Didn't understand the vivi's as much as the dct so feel free to tell me if i have been a wally and could have got a cheaper upgrade.
I do love my gadgets though, and i didn't look at the lava honest

I had a quick look at the Rok Star and watched Scott's (igetcha69) you tube video.

The generic name now for that kind of system would be a clearomiser (clearo). Specifically that one would be a bottom coil clearo.

The term Tank is generally used to indicate a Cartomiser inside a plastic tank (like the DCT) and is something quite different.

In any case, Ego battery with a CE5 clearo as per Karma's link is what you are looking for IMHO.

Edit - Oops, post's got crossed on the interweb. There's nothing wrong with what you have bought though.

Furball, if you want a fancy looking battery, I'd have gone for one of these -

And used it with a rainbow Vision startdust/ego clearomiser.

Btw, if you have bought a 1000 mAh battery I hope you were advised to get a charger to use with it? Your 510 nini charger will take yonks charging a 1000 mAh battery.

Thankyou Gary for your help in clearing up what the term tank is. I bought a dct as i read that only the coil needs replacing instead of the whole tank, so in theory it should work out cheaper in the long run, #icon_rofl# OK who am i kidding. 5 x 510, all different colours, and the rok which was a 2 pack and now the dct set up and i still hadn't stopped the analogues.
oh and HOW LONG does my 1000 battery take to charge? oh and can i ask which charger is faster the wall plug version or the pc version, or are they both the same. Thankyou
