I suppose the argument is "can I afford £1.50 for a regular carto and 50p on juice to not like it?" For £2-a-pop you may as well buy a 306 with drip tip for £6 and drip 5-10p of juice in it, as Ash says. I'm after a new 306, it's got to be the cheapest method medium-term even if it only asks a few weeks. I have one, but I got cross with it dripping in a thick juice, so I removed the bridge mesh only to discover a steel bridge underneath. Next time, I'm getting one bridgeless. www.vapeescape.co.uk/bauway-306lr-bridgeless-atomiser~356

Rybes, that's a rebuildable atty ... also good but you will need to get into coiling and wicks etc...
The 306's are quite simple and relatively low maintenance in comparison. Depends which direction you want to go in

if you like fiddly things then you'll love rebuildables - they aren't that difficult but do need a bit of practice. The beauty of them is you can fully clean em out to make sure the taste is clear and dictate your preferred resistance. You need to buy wire and wick to go with them.
The 306's will eventually die (they are DOA) or need cleaning which is a bit more difficult. Note the 306's are low resistance so whatever device you are using make sure you aren't putting a lot of voltage through it or you can blow them.

imagine your carto's without the filler and at the bottom there is a coil which you drip onto - that's the 510. You can put a standard drip tip in the 510.
306 is like a 'male' version where a drip tip fits over the top.
Technically I don't know the difference only 306's are just better for throat hit and flavour.
By the way, not sure what batteries you are using but these should only be used with manual batteries due to leak risks
