Hey folks, what a lovely forum this is, everybody seems really helpful and friendly, which makes a change from the usual forum experience!
I'm not entirely new to the land of vaping, I bought a kit last year that was a ciggielike. It was a good starting point but i'm ready for the next level! Basically my question is all about simplicity, Ideally i'd like a simple kit that has good battery life, simple to operate/fill with minimum fuss. Vapeing has replaced my 20 a day habit and I love it, but I don't really have any inclination to go wild with mods and customising, for me its all about replacing smoking with the healthier alternative! I'm aware parts will need to be replaced and thats cool, i would just like a nice basic setup that is better than a cigalike, and you guys are the experts! Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! And also any recommendation on where is a good site to get the liquid. Thanks guys :-) Dave

Hi Dave, nice to meet you #welcome2#
are you refilling the cartomisers on your cig-a-like? are you happy with cartomisers and just need a longer lasting battery or do you also want something that holds more juice?

Thanks for the lightspeed reply karma :-)The 'hit' always seems to wear down quicker than the batteries running out, getting a constant flavour and strength is my biggest problem, but i guess thats what you get for entry level'

hi dave i think what your looking for would be a ego battery 650 or 900mah also for ease of use and by far the most popular would be the vivi nova refilling is a doddle as is changing the heads when that time arrives

dave times have move so fast in the vaping world but one thing has been in the forefront over all this time and that is www.vapeescape.co.uk/search.asp?types=Deluxe+Vaping+Kits+%3E+Riva+1100+Kit unless you get into rebuilding etc but these continue to be a bargain and the site is so friendly give them a call and they will in the best possible way guide you through your requirements

I'm filling them enough i think, I just thought i probably should have gone 'large' straight away! I'm not bothered what the contraption looks like to be fair, as long as it performs like a beaut!

Welcome Dave.
I reckon you'll do OK with a 2 battery eGo or Riva kit.
Personally, I'd just go straight in with a clearomiser and bypass the various combinations of atomiser/cartridge/tank/cartomiser you can buy.
get one from somewhere suitable (ask here if unsure about price or vendor) and either get started and then add some useful extras or just add two genuine mini vivi novas to your first order.
Two batteries, a charger, a clearomiser and some liquid. If you get a case and cartomisers thrown in for £3-5 more, all the better.
