Hi i can't get my battery to unscrew from my dct with the collar/bridge thing on. I have a problem with lack of strength in my hands so it is unlikely that i have over tightened it. Any advice welcome. Thankyou.

You could try using an elastic band, to protect and give better grip, and a pair of pliers!

Violet, be carefull wiggling anything at the connector end of you LT if it's the chrome version with an ego/510 connection. It doesn't take much to stretch the threads on that model

I know Karma Mine only works with an adapter now for some reason it fits but it was dodgy from day 1 the button is very tempramental on my one too thanks to Greame I don't use it much now I love my Vamo oh forgot to say the gentle wiggle wasn't the cause of the connector problem.

Thankyou, i will give the elastic band a go, it is a 510 connection so won't risk wiggling. Thankyou.

Wow, would never have thought of that! I had a release problem with my DCT in my Vamo on Thursday evening, in the car, in the dark. Thought I had unscrewed the tank unit complete, only to find that I had in fact released the bottom of the tank and dumped about 2ml of Grant's Vanilla Custard over my trousers and car seat! At least I won't need another Vanilla car freshener for a bit - even my daughter commented on how nice the car was smelling when she got in, and a pupil mentioned later that evening about the nice aftershave I was wearing - didn't have the balls to tell him it was e-juice!
