Think of a ecig atomiser adaptor like you would an adaptor for converting a 2 pin Continental plug to a UK 3 pin plug, the principle is very similar.

Yes you would, MM, because the Laser body is a battery holder, it doesn't have one built in. You'd need to buy rechargeable batteries and a charger to suit them.
