Hi All. Have today set up my Aga-t+ with a s/s wick. Followed Todd review along with peta K drill bit method. Great flavour(GVC), nice throat hit. NO HOT SPOTS  . Going now to try set up my Mini Did copy. Cannot believe I did it perfectly fist time (jammy old bugger). Used 0.2 kathnal wire, with 5 wraps giving 2.0 ohms. Was going to get butane gas burner, but used gas hob to achieve results obtained. I`m so happy  jeffc. |

Its a great feeling when it works out 1st time. I also wrapped the wick with some rolling paper and burnt it off with the coil. Everyone seems to think that helps with hot spots

Yeh think I must have jinxed meself after replying on Chris's thread re the Aga . . . . 5 shorts/popped coils & constant low load msgs on the zmax, had almost lost the will to live  Then I remembered had to get to 10 before I launched them both, finally got it on the 6th attempt, maybe cos by this time (literally 2.30am) I really couldn't care any more & pretty much threw a coil on . . go figure  |

I've just jumped in the deep end with rebuildables and got myself the MAGA and limited edition AGA T Pyrex glass tank from Cloud 9. My first attempt was a total disaster but on my second I got the MAGA vaping and to tell you the truth I wondered what all the fuss was about. Now several hours later it, even though it's not the best of set ups, the wow factor is creeping in. The flavour is amazing.
I can see myself spending many more hours experimenting with these. All I need now is a very big swear box.

I just had a go at it again on my 2nd AGA-T and it came out good. I do think it must be the cig papers that help with hot spots..
All i do is Burn it once then roll it,And then burn hell out of it again.
The i wrap some cig paper around where a will put the coil and wrap it. Stick it on and let the coil burn the cig paper away. I dont get hot spots or hot legs this way.
