Thank you Firin, if my demented ramblings have assisted in a small way, I'm a happy bunny. I'd think it was Asda Rum Flavouring that was used Boo, especially if it's one of Griz's recipes, as I know in the early days he found that the nicest rum flavour about at the time . . . I'd keep your spiced Rum for toasting the baby's head myself.

So far I've only made Steve's banana and custard, which tastes good so far, but I'm trying to let it steep more, The balance is all wrong in my first attempt of the dodge, too much raspberry and possibly not the right raspberry thrown some more graham cracker in and will test it again tomorrow, My big success so far is strawberry cookies, it's really moorish, but I'm letting that steep a little longer too, it needed more cookie I was going to have a big mixing day today, as I took a holiday, but the dog insisted on lots of frisbee in the snow So tomorrow I'm going to attempt something chocolate

Sounds pretty good to me Ellen, it does take a little time to get a feel for your flavours, their intensity and such . . . as well as getting to grips with the mechanics of mixing your ingredients.
