I'm lucky enough to have a vendor less than 10 mins away from me , I use them to purchase certain things I can't get from any other vendor.
I do however use other vendors for other things and use co-op buys for excellent discounted buys on otherwise expensive kit .

I, quite by accident, stumbled onto a good vendor (VE) right at the start of my vaping. I was quite taken aback by the speed that my order was processed and sent out to me and although I buy my juices and chemicals from other vendors, I still buy most of my equipment from the original one. I do so because I know that he sells good stuff and that if I order the wrong thing he will query the order to make sure I get what I need.
There are precious few really good vendors around and so it is worth hanging onto the ones we have.

I have a local shop, as well as a local stall in the High Street, but they're both selling the same gear as they were when I started five months ago, at rather high prices, so I haven't used them since the first three or four weeks at the beginning.
The high street vendor tried to sell my sister one of the clearos with non-replaceable heads for £8 recently, and markups like this really piss me off.

Fortunately she had her big brother to donate some spares.

one bad dealing and thats the end of my spend with them I agree. I am currently waiting on a problem resolution with one of the biggest online vendors. I think the episode is running it's course but for the time being, I am simply not using them. I am beginning to doubt they are really interested in sorting things out, so that will be that. They do not have much "presence" on here. Given the amount of money I spend on vaping stuff, you'd think a £5 product would hardly be worth fighting over. This time next week, I shall know what it's to be.

I think there are so many good vendors around it doesn't make any sense to tolerate poor customer service.

can't choose one from the poll, should have an all of the above choice as i'm sure it's a mixture of all that makes people favour a certain site.

I tend to buy most of my stuff from VE or ECW, they aren't always the cheapest, but I know that if I buy something, it will turn up and quickly.

Customer service is paramount for me. I always find it incredible how some businesses devote so little time and effort to it. Not just vaping but all businesses. When i had my business i would bend over backwards to make sure customers were happy. If they had a problem or they felt something wasn't right, whether i felt t hey were right or wrong was irrelevant. A freebie and an apology was instant. I would rather take the hit than lose their custom and much more important OTHER new custom because of the bad feedback these people would spread around.
