Take the clearomiser off and hold a tissue below it. Then blow down the clearo to clear any excess liquid out onto the tissue.
Then wipe the bottom of the clearo as far up inside the base as you can with the tissue and try vaping with it again.

And make sure the atty is screwed in firmly (if it's a rebuildable one) and doubly make sure you've screwed the mouthpiece in - they are not just a push fit like an ordinary drip tip/mouthpiece, they are threaded and need screwing in.

also condensation can build up in the mouthpiece so good to shove a bit rolled up tissue in there to clean it out occasionally

I use Q=tips for that Karma, easier than fiddling about with tissues. A box of billions of 'em (it seems like) for 99p from Savers chemist or Home Bargains or similar.

Another thing to check...
Take out the mouthpiece (drip tip). 1. Check that it has a tiny rubber ring on it. 2. Look directly down through the top hole (as close to perfectly straight as you can do) and look at the top of the centre tube/atomizer assembly. The plastic tip needs to be nicely in the middle of the "tube" part of your clearomiser, otherwise when you push in and screw down the drip tip, there will be a gap somewhere.
When I take apart CE5s/Vision V3s, it often happens that the central pole is not actually central. It is guaranteed to leak, as the drip tip diameter is almost as wide as the diameter of the plastic/rubber tip.
