GDPT???

ive had my GDPT for 6 weeks or so now and it performs really well using a standard 901.
but too be honest i dont use it that much, the reason is it seems sort of flavourless and it changes the flavour from what the same juice tastes of on my ggtb.
i only have 901s to use, im just looking for some tips of how to get the best from it.

Raggy, are you using it with the 5v 3a USB mains hub? If so you will be getting a 5v vape from it & that does reduce the flavour.

yes chrissie im using the hub perpy linked me too.
im not really big on flavourings so im sort of surprised im not really like it.
it seems really dry and dries the throat out without it giving throat hit, if that makes sense.

By and large I tend to use standard 510's on my GDPT Raggy . . . but there's no more flavour with them either . . . that's one of the downsides of higher voltage vaping as Chris says . . . so I tend to keep the more potently flavoured liquids for it.

what exactly do you ask for in the chemist.

you could also use high voltage atties or cartos they might get the flavour back

Skean, I've been wondering about HV atties. Not really looked into them as thought they where for 6v & above but think I will give them a try.

Cloud9 do HV atties... and VHV atties that they say are for 6v. Following that logic, their HV atties may well be good at 5v.

I've got a couple of 510 HV's kicking about, which I got for my short lived flirtation with 6v vaping . . . I'll dig them out after work and try them on the GDPT, then report back.

The short answer was no Chris . . . not for me anyway, plus I wonder if you get a true 5v with the GDPT, I've no way of testing . . . but there was very little oomphage with them, whereas at 6v they were fine.
