You are ordering from China so we should not expect the item to arrive within the same week.

If i order stuff from china its usually extras to add to my kit, if i need something asap the stick to the UK vendors.

For the price we pay on vapourbreak and some items getting here in less than 2 week its a pretty good service IMO.

This has happened before when they are oos of something but they don't tell anyone.

I am not going to defend Min here, his communications etc are crap. He has however taken steps and got two more staff on board and hopefully English speaking ones, hard to tell as his software on his chat box goes through a two way translator as he sells all over the world. He doesnt speak any English. We have been waiting a long time for improvements there and there are signs that it is happening. It`s probably going to be another month before the new staff are profficient enough with all this to make a big difference. I dont think I have spoken with him for a month now. I just hope that the changes dont mean too many price hikes as the prices were a lot of the reasoning behind buying from there. I have been buying from Min for a long time now, certainly over 20 orders with a few problems with shipping obviously, but all sorted fine with patience and past experience. Give it a few weeks peeps, sorry for your probs Spikey, been there myself, but it WILL get sorted albeit with a little frustration
