Hi Spikeyfridge and Like you me & OH stopped 30+ years of smoking, initially with Nicolites then moving to Skycigs but found short battery life frustrating. Both of us are now on riva 1100s bought from Vapeescape (brilliant service) and havn't looked back. Battery now lasts full day where I take mine to work and catch occasional breaks and then at home in evenings giving it a real pasting - you will enjoy I'm sure.

Welcome Spikey! I've just started vaping again with an Ego kit after trying and failing to stop with E-lites. The clearomisers are really easy to fill and give a better taste and throat hit than the ciggie like carts I've tried! Gave my mate a try of mine last night and although she wanted to stay with the cig likes she's now ordered an Ego kit from this place. Seems pretty reasonable price for a double kit www.v-health.co.uk/#/shop/4569113622/eGo-CE4-900mah-Starter-Kit/3610122LOL That would put an end to discreet stealth vaping!

Hi! Another newbie fan of my recently purchased Riva kit. I stopped cigs via Nicolites too. I wouldn't slate them at all as they have been a stepping stone to new and tastier ways to vape. You can refill the cartos on the Nicolites whilst you're waiting for your new shiny to arrive. I was concerned too about the loss of a red light at the end of the e-cig , but have been greatly pacified by the blue LED button that you have to press every time you take a draw from the Riva. Looks great in the dark and won't burn a hole in the duvet if you drop it. Good luck and let us know your impressions when the new toy arrives? XXX

maybe i'm sucking the nicolites too hard but they arent lasting as long as they say they do. Oh dear. No great surprise. I admire your determination to quit in 6 months. Just go steady....or actually that might prove tricky.

Wishing you lots of luck Spikey & fingers crossed that your Riva kit gets through the snow to you #fingers# If anyone is confused by Spikey showing up as a guest in this thread, it's because she joined a couple of years ago, but initially forgot her sign in details. So she registered with a new id, then remembered her old id details & deleted her new one - lol, hope that makes sense
