Summer, why don't you just Bookmark the page for now until you can download it?
New computers are a minefield if you don't know what your doing, I know, I have 'messed ' with my 2 and had to call the PC people out who charge a bomb.

Its says browser settings blocking download away to read link storm posted as not very techie you should see a menu bar at the bottom saying" allow this download "when you try downloading .... say yes besides download firefox its a lot better browser than IE Anything is better than IE tbh  |

have you tried right clicking the icon and pressing properties, compatibility, run in compatibility mode (choose xp or vista)
