a bit of advice needed guys i have 50ml of 50mg of oks drum. i have bought 50ml of non nic pg. i have mixed 25ml 50mg drum and 25ml of pg, the mix as you would guess has lost much of its flavour. i have 3ml of a tobacco flavouring. how much would i need to re-flavour the 50ml 25mg ish i now have. i realise this is not the proper way of doing things, but i had this 50mg drum which there is no way i could use at that strength, so im just trying to get some use out of it. raggy

My advice would be if you can mix up a small 10ml batch from your mix or even 5ml.As i'm not sure how strong this flavouring is i'd start by adding just a couple of drops and checking how it tastes. Then you'd get a rough idea of how many drops to add to the rest without overdoing it and spoiling the whole 50ml. Edit:- if the highest they do is 38mg you now have 19

You could also buy some Drum Zero nic juice , so you wont lose flavour , but thats going to be expensive as it costs as much as there nic juice !!! ?

thanks ckc and mrl for the replies. i will probably go with your method ckc and just do a bit at a time. like you say without knowing how strong the flavour is its impossible to tell. i just thought there may be a short cut method and just do the whole 50ml. common sense says theres no short cut.

It's also worth letting your home brew steep overnight Raggy as the flavours do mature and then adding a bit more flavouring if you feel it needs it.
James also stocks ethyl maltol which can help sweeten up an all PG mix.

I made up 50ml with 5ml+ of C*****L flavouring . . . barely tasted it at the time . . . it's quite pokey now. . . . about right for me! the problem with mine is that the 50ml was already drum, which was then 50/50ed with pg. what i have not done is tried the 50/50 mix since the day i mixed it, so this could now be stronger now that the pg has absorbed the drum flavour. im quite happy with this 10ml mix at the minute. my problem is i dont like perfumey taste nor sweet but i do like blunt tastes like the easy cigar ive been using. i believe that my headaches and vg issues are not necessarily vg issue but flavour issues or perfumey flavour issues. my wife insists on buying these plugin fresheners and 70% of give me a migraine type headache ie: it creeps up from the neck and then into my eye. any hint of rosemary which has become very popular just lately in my food gives me a headache, even the smell of it being used in a restaurant will do the same. yet smells like petrol, diesel, ammonia (from adhesives i use) are fine. but perfume perfume rarely has any effect, well headache wise that is lol. raggy.........

The XO tobacco range of juices that Liberty Flights mix fresh for each order apparently need to 'steep' for 3 weeks to get the full flavour.

the mix 50/50 ok smokey/PG with 3 drops of tobacco flavouring is just fine. i have a slight issue with it, well not an issue but here goes. i put 10ml in a bottle yesterday morning and by tonight it will be gone. why does this happen with certain juices. oksmokeys always imo lasts a lot less time than any other juice ive used. but the reason has always been given as pg lasts longer than vg, but the old oksmokey was pg based and ive added pure pg, so what else is in the original mix that makes it vape so fast. its not an issue as its a bonus having a 100ml of juice that i didnt have but i cant understand why it goes so quickly. whereas my pg cigar 50ml from easy eliquid lasts 12 to 16 days and ok smokey mix might only last 5 to 6 days and ok smokeys old drum would do about normally 10 days i think. so my adding 50% pg to does not increase the usage by 50%. just seems odd and contradicts the view that pg lasts longer. that all said i did start a new lr atty thursday night so consumption will drop a bit after a day or so. any thoughts!!!!!!!!!!!!
raggy. maybe james might know
