Thank you Roger, I was quite fortunate and got my ingredients at quite a reasonable cost because I jumped on their YoYo sale and happened to be in the right place at the right time. Thank you for the advice about the flavourings, I am going to get some from TAC and some Capella, F'Art and CCW. Sue you won't go wrong with Capella, and most the CCW ones are very good too!

I agree with what has been said........... around 25 drops or 30 with the flavours....... although I do like a strong flavour to my mixes............. but you cant go wrong with cappella, ccw or f'art flavours

It's all been said Sue, with some great advice as well . . . but 10 drops is nowhere near sufficient to get a good result for a chocolate flavour ( and many others ) I work on 30 drops to 1ml . . . as I can't be bothered with syringes for small amounts of flavouring, so I'd have put 30 into your 5ml bottle to give me a 20% concentration.

I have used the Gold label concentrates and find them best at around 20%. Also a word of note I have noticed you said you use drops to measure, the Gold label nozzles are very narrow and the drops from these are about half the size than that from a standard bottle so you have to take that into consideration as well.

For sure Kruger . . . it all depends upon your size dropper.
If you want absolute accuracy ( which I don't ) then the best way, if you can't be bothered to use syringes, but use a particular range of flavouring on a regular basis . . . is to count and measure out how many drops it takes to make 1ml, as a one off exercise for that range.
