I'm reallynot sure what else to suggest! Have you tightened up the bottom adapter/conector bit?
You could get in touch with the vendor and ask for advise?

It was me who added an o'ring over my carto as juice was leaking down a small 1mm exposed gap in the tank where the carto sits.I would agree with Karma that practice makes perfect when making the hole in the cartomiser.If the hole is to big or you pierce through the centre air tube in the carto you will end up with leaks and mouthfuls of juice.What are you using to hole your cartos Jerri?Looking at your picture above i would say that you are going to deep into the carto and piercing the air tube.I have found that the small carto punch from vapegear makes a perfect small hole in the carto,five turns,pop,job done.I also wasted alot of cartos when i first started with carto tanks,you soon get better at doing it with practice.
