Picke up one of these from vape gear www.vapegear.co.uk/AGR_Cartomiser_Tank/p1826719_8381258.aspxOrdered some cartos with it. Set it up tonight, followed the pics on the site. Ready to go I thought, tried to vape and nothing but a gargle, and a mouth full of juice. Juice everywhere, leaked from the bottom. I now realise I put no juice in the carto itself and can't remember if I should have or not. Anyone help me out and tell me e correct way to set it up? Thanks.

Yep you need to prime your carto also is there holes in the carto? Can't tell if the ones you bought were pre punched if you've punched yourself you may have misshapen the carto leading to leakage. Ive not used the one you bought but have a DCT which is a carto tank. I buy pre punched flanged cartos and fill it with juce then slide the cart into the tube halfway then fill the tube and slide the cart fully into place. Drip tip on and let it all soak in for a little. Ive not managed to get juice down the airhole doing it that way. Also take some dry pulls to help it wick.

Thanks. They aren't pre pinched but I got a carto punch too.
I didn't prime the carto.
I'll try it again later.
Thanks for the help.

I always put the carto's in dry, filled the tanks then gave it a few sucks till the bubbles stopped appearing or I heard it gurgle. I lways bought the pre punched flanged type and they worked well for me.

You don't need the flange type on this tank Des! Mine is working great, filled the carto in situ from the top with my spikey thing, then filled the tank. Couple of sucks with my finger over the bottom of it to make sure the carto was properly full, then vaped like a train

Should I throw the carto away and try with a new one or just let it sit and try with that one again?

if its leakin out the bottom ya need to put an o ring round the carto. cant remeber who posted it but someones just posted about that on here and that was their fix for the problem.

I didn't notice if there was an o ring on the bottom, I just followed the directions on the web site and so far have no leaks! Personally Jerri, I think I'd start again with a new carto! Make sure you don't punch the hole too deeply, as soon as you feel it go, stop screwing

Thanks, this is the carto I assume the holes are too big? I did turn once or twice more after I felt it go. I was going to get the prepunched ones but they seem to be twice the price of the unpunched ones. I have put an o ring at the bottom too.

Still no luck, punched a new carto today, heard it go and stopped twisting, tiny holes.
Primed the carto, put an o-ring at the bottom let the carto alone for an hour put the tank together, put some juice in and boom, mouth full of juice and leaking.
