Alcohol in Eliquid and driving...

I found this eliquid which i want to try - it's Vodka and Lime flavour from The Alchemist's Cupboard.

However it says it has real vodka in it and at the bottom it says dont vape and drive. Could i really go over the drink drive limit from vaping?

I think he means, if you vaped 100ml of it in an hour than you might be over the limit, however you would be dead as well so not really a problem

Well you still can't vape enough to be over the limit, nic free or not

It contains 5% vodka so 20ml contains 1ml vodka. A standard measure of a spirit in the pub is 25ml therefore 500ml of alchemists juice would contain 1 shot of vodka.

What might be pertinent, and I would be interested if anyone has tested this, is what effect vaping something like this would have on the breathalyser. I suspect it would not put you over the limit unless you exhaled a vape directly into the breathalyser.

Only the other month I vaped some Irish cream Liquid, and it was very strong, it left a very strong taste in my mouth as if I had just drank a shot of whisky, so my curiosity would be the same as yours.

There's machines in some of Leeds city centre car parks where you stick a quid in then breath into the machine to see if your over the limit do you happen to have one in your local centre that you could try?

Alcohol heated up evaporates, so no, you won't be over the breathalyser from vaping vodka & lime.

However, all that said, there are certain addictions and medications that some people may have where vapourising alcohol may have an adverse effect on your system.
