Afternoon, Just got it today but may have done something wrong Ive put a head on it screwed everything nice and tight but the centre post inside the tank does not line up with the hole at the top. and if i tip it up slightly get a little leak. is there something ive not done ? Cheers Ryan

if i take my drip tip off and look down it its not lined up. unless i have put the rubber bung on wonky Will try that first 2 secs

I've done that a couple of times. You need to get it central or it will leak. So far I've fixed it easily enough by assembling it except for the top of the nova, screwing it onto the battery (to hold the post in place) and forcing it straight, holding the tank in one hand and the battery in the other. Then just make sure the tank is right down on the base.

nope not the rubber bung. if i look at the bottom thread there is a gap of about 1mm. i can put my finger nail in it. but it wont screw down flush.

With me it wasn't cross-threading or bung, it was something to do with the way the base of the Nova is put together.

i think it was the little metal piece in the bung. took it out and placed it right at the top and all seems ok now. cheers guys
