I'D do as skwoddy says switch it off take battery out and leave it for the night see what it does in the morning , sounds naff to me, seem a bit bad that maybe a short from an atty has caused it though, very wierd, i'd contact the vendor in the morning and explain it.

i had this with a vivi nova a while back worked stopped started after cleaning it,worked fine on ego bat then just gave up the ghost refused to work anymore,new heads adjust this that dead wouldnt work good part though about a dead viv nova remove bottom bit and it fits over a clone did,so may turn did into a didphoid try the viv on a normal battery see if it works

Kev, I can't help it if I'm loaded (I wish!!!) I've switched the Vamo off, taken the battery out and will leave it overnight to see if that makes any difference. If not, I'll get in touch with the vendor to see if he can help. Andy, I've tried all six vivi novas on different batteries and they all work fine. Anyway, thanks everybody for all your suggestions.
