Ecig wizzard vivi nova

I had some problems with my vivi nova (resistances way out) from ecig wizzard so have been in touch with them and they said to send it back for testing and if its faulty they will refund/replace and reimburse my postage. I also asked why in the pictures its a genuine vivi nova box with the red highlighting on the V but what they send is olympian branded copy. This was there response.

Olympian is our housebrand.
We could also ask Vision to print their name on it, but we have decided to print our housebrand name on it, which is Olympian.
Another example is the Imist stuff.
It is made by Biansi but we call it "Olympian Imist".
I confirm that the ViVi Nova is a genuine Vision product.

I then pointed out to them that they should point out on there website if it is a genuine vision product they are selling or not to avoid confusion. this was there response.

I'm on going with them ATM but they have been more than helpful and they seem to be doing right by you too hiccups happen from everywhere in this field what with new things coming out on a weekly basis I'm sure ecigwizard will look into this fervently as they are a large company and they will sort your problem out. But on your note I've not had any of your nova problems with mine from them.

Yeah they have been good. Just thinking now if ecig wizard are selling genuine ones does that mean genuine novas are now not as good quality?

The resistance on one of mine was way out, I just stripped them and rewicked them myself to the resistance I wanted.

I've found the heads to be of varying quality, often batch wise as well.

In the end, I found the made up heads to be so bad I stopped using the vivi novas as if I had to rewick and coil them myself, I might as well use a proper rebuldable, which is meant to be reused.

Got myself this ss mesh wicks are done and sat in a bottle with a little vg juice just waiting for my wire 0.20 kanthal to arrive then boom my first attemp at this ???

iv had 3 of their novas from them without any issues. But like somone pointed out why dont you just recoil it to your needs. then you will know its what you want.

I have had a couple of heads way out, example, the 2.4 was showing up as 2.8 on my eVic and Vamo so was pretty out.

I have one to send back to them, they are not genuine vision in my opinion, they just feel cheap and the heads that came with mine read over 4.5 ohms! The top cap has a flakey finish as well, I have three genuine vision novas from vape escape and they are completely different, the feel of them screwing together, the finish on the centre post and the weight of the base, I am convinced these are not vision and when I told them so at no point did they deny it. It's going back tomorrow.

This imist bianshi is on UKeliquid. It appears to be called the Olympian. Unless they are both the same company, it does seem a bit suspicious.



If anyone knows any more about a link between the 2 companies, please let us know.

There is another valid point to be made here in my opinion. The fact that something is a genuine Vision product, does NOT mean that every other vivi nova out there is inferior. These devices arent rocket science. I use 2 other makes of "vivi novas" and they are excellent. I have a Vision Vivi Nova as well and I cant tell the difference in vape and taste with the same resistance value head on them. The three of them come with three heads and all vape pretty much the same, no problems with any of them. The only difference between the Vision ones and the other two brands is the price. They are approximately one third of the price. Vision obviously know that there are all these copies out there and do nothing. There is nothing magical about a brand name, no special Vision fairy dust that gets sprinkled on them. It is a simple device. As I have stated, the quality of build of the three different ones is fine, really no significant difference.

Who is to say that Vision didn`t copy someone else`s idea

No flac just my opinion, I've only used genuine vision vivi's and this Olympian one just isn't the same, my point is its being sold as a vision and costs the same. All my visions have came with heads that read within .1/.2 of the stated resistance, this one just feels lighter and the finish is poor and cheap, if I thought I was buying a copy then no great shakes, in fact I just wouldn't buy it for 11.99 when I can get a vision for 9.95 from VE, the picture on the website is of a vision box with the little red bit in the v, easy to copy of course, but it also says genuine vision vivi nova in the listing, however when the box arrives its not branded by vision at all. That is to me blatantly misleading. The finish on the top of mine is rough and flaky as well as the mental head readings. I've got a new one coming from VE I'll take some pics of them both so you can see they are not the same. I'm waiting for the new one because two unused ones should be identical,right? If they weigh the same and look the same and the new one has mental head readings as well and this is indeed all in my imagination, I'll lower my nic levels and show my bum in fenwicks window!
