Hi, I`m a smoker with 25 years under my belt (lungs) and after lurking for a few days have decided to take the plunge. It`s very confusing but I`m getting there. I`m in no hurry to start so equipment coming via the slow boat is no problem. I`m also a skinflint Oh, before I go on, can I just say what a refreshingly friendly place this is. I`ve not seen the word TROLL once !!!. I guess we are all united in the same desire. Hats off to all that share their experiences. I`ve pretty much settled on an Ego T 1100mAh with a CE4+ clearomiser. The `kit` comes in at £16.90 via Zainy.net Now, the questions :- Long wick or Short wick ??? How easy to get spares quickly (UK) Any major advantage of CE4+ / CE5 / CE6 and CE9 ? I`d really appreciate any input. Cheers, oh and my username is not a reflection on my personal hygiene !!!!!.

Hi smellybutt, Welcome the answer to your question the wicks is realy down to preference, the longer the wick easier capillary action as the wick is further down the tank if that makes sense, shorter the wick the more you would have to tilt the tank when you take a vape, as for to get spares I think pretty easy as most vendors in the UK stock these.

Long wicks for me , pain in the smelly butt rinsing the juice . seriosly you can get visions etc from zainy but I think they are crap too low res and it burns the juice . Since my last buy from zainy I have stuck with rebuildable visions from vape escape .. a bit more expensive but quality assured . saving a few pence isn't all worth it to be honest . Quality is much better .

Hi Smellybutt, Welcome to the Forum.
As Storm says, buy your stuff from a decent Vendor, like Vape Escape and you will save money in the long run.
I did and I am still using the same Clearomisers 6 months down the road.

How easy to get spares quickly (UK) Hi SmellyButt (like the name mate). Dunno about the details of the clearo side of your kit as I don't really use them, but aside from saying welcome/hello the delivery service from vendors is amazing. Everything I've ordered has arrived within 24 hours (and I've used several). The service is top notch and they don't half put in the hours.

Hi & welcome to you !
I would personally advise you get your initial equipment from a reputable UK vendor like Vapeescape. At least then you can be pretty sure you are getting quality stuff.
We do all get stuff from China occasionally but most of us always have some spares to fall back on should they be DOA.

Probably best not to ask And Hi and welcome Smellybutt As others have said, UK vendors are a better idea, it may be a few pence more but you get next day delivery and customer service as well as better quality as the vendors generally only stock good quality items because they want to keep their reputation in tact!

Hi smellybutt! I would also suggest that you would be better advised to support your local(ish) UK dealers And yes, I love the name too
