how much do you vape?

So how heavy or light a vaper are you? Mine seems to be permanently in my mouth

Mine has been in my mouth since the day i got it using around 6ml 18mg aday. Going to start using 24 or 34mg as i don`t think the 18mg is strong enough for me

i just placed another order for 500ml thats on top of the 300mls already on its way to me and i don`t think that will be my last this month.

around 4 mls on a good day and if I have a drink a bit more dont really care though as long as Im off the fags

When you first start vaping I do think you tend to use more

I ordered the 100ml bottles from mist being a Yorkshireman living in Scotland could not resist the buy 4 get on free from " Mist" and the a few Mls here and a few mls there start adding up

Fairly light at work during the day but I make up for it in the evenings
I can drain a clearo in a coupe of hours on a evening.

I get through about 4-5 ml a day, usually usa mix, strawberry and bluberry.

About 4ml a day @ 24mg with either RY4 (with extra flavor) or Forrest Fruit (if my OH lets me have some)

5mls at the beginning because I wasn't sure what mg level I should have been on. Back then I was on the Skycig system and these were all 12mg or 18mg.

Once I got a bit more knowledgeable and got the Vision 1000 kit from VE, I went up to 24mg and was on about 4ml a day.

More recently and begining to twig that the amount of nicotine I am comfortable with can vary day to day depending on what I am doing, my mg level can be 24mg, 30mg or 36mg.

If I am just lounging about relaxing and possibly vaping quite a bit, then 24mg is perfect.
If I am out and about, not vaping a lot but busy, then 30mg is better.
If I am grafting hard, say digging the garden or working on the car (which is usually accompanied by many sweary words and the throwing of spanners while getting skint knuckles) then 36mg is absolutely essential.
Whatever mg, about 3.5ml a day these days.

aprox 5 mil a day some days less than that, just depends on what mood im in or what ive got on work wise during the day.
