Hi, I have a new e cig. It's an "X power 900". Which i'm told is a riva clone but with a 301 atty.
Now i only got this earlier today and the cartridge, which is still going fine at the moment, has to run out sometime.
I have some e liquid and intend to top it up using this liquid.
I could just use trial and error and guesses. And learn the hard way. Like our forefather vapors did.
But i didn't sign up to a forum full of excellent, intelligent, caring, sharing, beautiful, helpful people to then go and mess my new toy up through ignorance.
I Would pull my cartridge off of the atty. I would drip about 10 drips of my e liquid into the cartridge and let it soak in overnight. Then connect it back on to my e cig and "halleleugha" <--- (i know thats spelt wrong ) . Simples.
Or is it more complicated than that ?

Hi not sure what your asking but i think you asking bout topping up your cart?
I'm still fresh to vapeing and have learned so much of this forum in the short space of time ive been here.My method is to take out my foam/fluff drop around 5-8 drops in the put the foam back in and drop another 2-3 drops in leave it for 5mins for it to soak in then vape away again.
(this all depends on the size of cart or what sort of cart it is as i use 501's or the best way i find with some flavors is to drip tip)
Hope this helps.
I'm sure people have got other suggestions if this isn't right then i apologies in advance.

Nope & in fact less complicated than that Ten drops might be a bit too much but not sure how big the 301 carts are. Bit there really is no need to let it soak overnight Just keep topping it up whenever the vape drops off & also add a couple of drops to the cartridge end of the atomiser

Lol Roachie, I crossed posts with you I never bother taking out the stuffing to refill but do know that others prefer to do so. Here you go Del, a real oldie but goldie video tutorial from Justin (Rat in the hat) showing how to refill cartridges www.myspace.com/video/vid/37199767#pm_cmp=vid_OEV_P_P

Spot on. Thank you.
I think i can manage that.
Incredible. As i'm typing out this reply my cartridge has run dry. (11 hours).
It s quite a long cartridge. I should maybe photograph my e cig.
Is it easy to post pics on a forum ? On ford transit forum (yeah ...exciting huh ?) you have to use photo bucket or something.
Anyways i'll fill up my cartridge now. Be back in about 3 minutes going by that video clip that Chrissie posted up.

11 hours is good going for any cartridge - don't vape them too dry or you will kill your atomiser & or end up with a burnt taste. Yes, you can use photobucket here - copy & paste the IMG code. Or you can click on reply ( bottom right of every thread) & that will bring up a full reply option including being able to use an attachment facility to attach pics directly from ones stored on your PC. If you need any further help, just shout

Back of the net.
Jobs a goodun'.
My cartridge is an inch and half long....approx. And held nine staright drops. Thats to say i didn't wait for it to soak in and then try to squeeze more in. I just filled it up. Let it settle for a minute. Then connected it back up.
Vaping again. It's a little less "smoke" but it's a stronger hit on the throat.
I suppose there is a balance to be struck there. "Plumes of vapor" over "hit".
This is a serious piece of kit i have here. I'm loving it. I feel like a kid that just got a really really comforting comfort blanket. I feel like "EVERYTHING" is ok now .......... ha !
BTW thanks for help roachie, and Chrissie.

Such a shame there aren't any LR301 atties available for your x-power or even any 301 to either 901 or 510 adapters If anyone else can find them for Del, please shout. Del, I think you would love the LR (Lower Resistance) 901 attomiser 0 you get the best of all worlds from it - tons of vapour, fantastic throat hit & still a fair amount of flavour. And above all can be bought from places like Eastmall for about £2.50

No Del, not unless anyone can find a 301 to 901 adapter for it There seems to be very little choice for 30l users.

Hi del just done some searching for you.Ive found an adapter for you its in America tho. It would be roughly £1.20 heavyvapor.com/product.php?id_product=39Least you'd be able to use 501 accessories if you wanted to.Hope this helps

Brilliant Roachie That is going to help Del so much. Del with that adapter you can try out just about everything new in the market to get the best out of your e-cig you can get LR510's (as well as the LR910'S I mentioned) you will also be able to go use clearomisers & most likely tanks as well.

Del, make sure the filler in your cart (mouthpiece) doesn't protrude outside the cart else it will burn on the atomiser and taste yuck:)

I would love to see pics of your X-power 900, Del - the cartridges are particularly interesting to me as I like big ones - where will you buy spare carts? EDIT - It's OK, I found it all on Amazon scylla
