Roachie...you little beauty.
There was me thinking i was doomed to the 301 badlands and you've found a path out of there for me. I can now give you three wishes (pending successful cartridge adaptor purchase). Choose wisely and like they say....careful what you wish for.
This is truly brilliant.
Thanks clutts (<---is that ok ?) my filler is bordering on protruding...i'll just tuck it back a bit.
High 5's Roachie.....

Del, I may be able to get you a 301-901 or 510 adapter for you! The Smoore's are quite popular in Portugal and I read some threads where people stated they were using adapters !! I'll go post on the PT forum and get back with an answer asap!!

Roachie, I did recommend & gave links to the Riva 901 to Del when I was first saying hello to him on ECF. But next thing, I saw him start a thread over there saying he had bought the x-power. Del, as Roachie says, if you can get hold of the adapters, it really will mean the world is your oyster for trying different atties/tanks/clearomisers etc

Yeah i should make it clear guys..i was given some sound advice by Chrissie. As you would know her better than me i know you will believe that.
I just got toooo excited when i saw the pictures of the one i bought. Instead of doing the research (i mean - ask Chrissie) before i ordered i just went straight ahead and ordered it.
Then i asked the forum what they thought......
I will have you know that i am actually very clever really.....i just have blips of uncrontrollable excitement....and they told me it would die down as i got older <coff>

.....i just have blips of uncrontrollable excitement.... Don't worry, Del - we've had plenty of practice dealing with that endearing personality - even to the extent of naming a mod after one {{{You know who you are }}} scylla

cool, i'm terrible for shortening names. I have mate called Ian that i call "E". A mate called Harry that i call "H". A cat called Toffee that i call "20 dibber" for some reason.

I know...it doesn't stack up really. I shorten everyones name. I have done really well refering to chrissie as chrissie. Normally i'd have that down to Ch by now.
Animals are different though. We had a dog that was called Amoss. For some reason i called him "Fred". Or even better "Freddy three rivers".
"20 Dibber" = £20 is how much we paid for Toffee and Tiggs. It was something i wanted to pay to the woman who was giving them away to good homes. She didn't want to take any money for them. But i told her i would like her to have it for looking after the cats/kittens so well.

I tend to shorten members' names and put an "ee" sound on the end as soon as they get here, cos it seems friendly and welcoming. Fingers crossed it doesn't cause offence scylla (which is pronounced "silla" so I would make me "silly" )
