Riva Help Please

ok I've got the kit, charged the batteries, put fluid in the clearomiser and with the exception of one puff when I held down the power button I'm not getting any vapour and it doesn't seem to be any different when I switch the battery on or off.  Clearly something's Pete Tong here!

are you holding down the power button every time you take a drag?

have you accidentally switched it off? Quick 3 presses of the button to turn off/on!

no I haven't been holding it down every time but to get any throat hit I have to hold it down. I thought perhaps I'd switched it off so tried it after 3 quick clicks and it flashed blue and it was no different. Tried the other battery that I'd charged and its the same.

You need to switch it on with clicks and every time you inhale you need to press the button which should go blue

If you hold down the power button & it lights up whilst pressing, then it is on. Have you screwed the clearomiser on too tight. this can push the centre post down & you won't get contact.

You need to hold the button down every time you take a drag, hold it down for a fraction of a second before you draw on it and keep it held down until you finish your draw.

When the battery is on the button will light up when you press it. If the button isn't lighting up then you've turned it off, so click it 3 times and that should get you going

omg I didn't realise I had to push the button! I will now go stand in the stupid corner & vape away

Thanks Romelee I did read that but thought the leaving finger on button for 1 second before dragging meant you released the button to drag on it! There's always one in every crowd that picks things up wrong and like Neo in the Matrix it would I appear I am the One
