Again, this thread is going downhill faster than a thing that goes extremely fastly down the hill. I have tried all of the above very helpful suggestions, including a great blow-through. Steady, boys! Screwed and unscrewed all parts and she's still a noisy beastie. So, I'll take it as normal, then. Unless it blows up of course and then I'll know for sure it's not normal. Yeah, there's definitely a niche in the market here for vape mufflers. Dragon's Den, anyone? I'll put the stealth vaping to the side for the time being, then or just cough or burp when I take a draw. Could be interesting.

Snap, Crackle and Pop is not the sound of a breakfast cereal, it is the sound of a happy atty

I assume this is a rebuilbable vision ... last thing I usually do is to fully disassemble it. This means taking the centre post section and pushing down on the connector in the centre tube with a screwdriver or similar. This will eventually push out the central metal pole out from the bottom of the 510 connection along with a silicon gromit. Sometimes this gromit can become misaligned and lead to leaks. Taking it out, cleaning and drying and then putting back is another option.
See if the leak stops first but this does work. Screwing the vision down too hard or knocking it can cause the play. Take care with the reassembly to get the gromit back in.

I'll finish the dregs of my Choc Limes and wash it out tomorrow and take it apart and get a proper look-see. Cheers me dears!
