'Treated' myself to some LR Vision Ego Rainbow V3s for my Riva as I have finally settled(ish) on a few flavours that I feel I'm going to be vaping long-term. I have filled it carefully, avoiding the air tube etc, so whyyyyyyyyyyyyyy is it making this bluddy awful cracking, popping and hissing noise when I draw? Feels like it is in its death throes, honestly. The throat hit is amazing though...feel like I an sucking on 20 Woodbines all at once.
Must say, though, that the purple clearo on the pink battery does look rather My Little Pony and Hello Kitty-ish.
ETA Have cleaned the connection and it appears to be leaking a little. Huh?????

Funny, I like the sound and it does tend to mean it's working well

Erm..... how do you stealth vape on something so bright & girlie? Some do snap, crackle & pop, but they vape well when they do that too. You could give it a little blow through & see if it calms it a bit though.

Try blowing through the Rainbow first, after filling it, but before putting it on the battery Sam

Right. Now. You temptress! Not content with waving handbags under my nose, it's new equipment to vape on the sly. I love it! Ermmmm, but I'm broke. Haven't a brass razoo. *Adds to next month's wishlist*

ETA Have cleaned the connection and it appears to be leaking a little. Huh????? How full is/was the tank? Is the drip tip fully screwed down? - any gaps and tilting may result in juice getting down the centre post Is the silicone atomiser head fully in line with the drip tip? as above Is the tank at an ever so slight angle to the bottom silver section which screws in ? sometimes if knocked the tank can come out of its flush housing. You can tell if there is a slight gap between tank and bottom section
