Those MR2s look fabulous. I expect when I return to Toyota-land, you and I will cross paths at some point. There was a chap outside Blockbuster today with a 1990 "G" 2.0GTi MR2. I'm going to look out for him now. I did get some bad news today though. Apparently, as soon as a swap from Puma to MR2 (and the insurance), I have to declare the Puma SORN. Which is grim....how easy is it to sell a SORN car? It used to be nearly impossible. or have attitudes changed? Hell, it's going to be cheap come Tuesday night. www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201302135320977Great price. I considered a 1.7 puma twice. Once when I went out in a racing puma... fantastic motor but at the time massively overpriced. Then again when I got rid of a diesel 406 and wanted something a bit more fun but ended up getting the 172. Superb little cars though, if I had the cash I'd buy yours.

Haha the site seems to know me, it says the car is 137 miles from my postcode without me lifting a finger LOL. Something tells me it could be a while before I get up your way. I'll be up there in the summer though for sure.

That's less than half what the FRPs were when I last looked at them, but for the age of the car still silly money Beautiful cars though, crazy handling and brakes. TBH apart from the looks and rarity a Mk2 Clio 172/182 knocks the FRP into a cocked hat. Faster, better equipped, just as good handling, steering and brakes and a fraction of the price. I'd like to buy another Clio one day but it wouldn't be a heavily modified (read chavved up) quite broken one again.

Alternatively you could keep the insurance running on both for a short time while you try to sell yours. I had to declare my scooter SORN when I didn't renew the insurance, had no problem selling it afterwards Don't forget if someone has fully comp insurance they should be able to drive it to test drive it, although I would check on the legality of this

I remember the JAE from my TEC days. My auntie lives around the corner from Wickstead, so I might visit. When we get nearer, I will tell you the dates I am up in Durham. Looking forward to a return to the Japanese car scene. Now, where's the phone number for Fensport?

Well with summer aproaching, I had to put the roof down this morn, just to keep it moving and so things don't get stuck like it did when it went in for it's service and they had to manually reset it, no biggy I've done it befor, so as we were parked in Liddles car park, i thought this would be the perfect time for a quick up and down, and yeah it was, worked perfectly, bring on the 18 degrees I'm ready
